A Herd of Jeep(s)

Did you know that Jeep(s) were herding creatures? I didn’t either, but here I’ve found them in herds, like they were Antelope or maybe Mountain Goats…

Today was a very busy day… first, of course, I went for a walk. I did get an image of a stingray… but it’s barely visible:

Look in the middle, there’s a little wave and a dark discoloration in that wave… that’s the stingray.

Something I’ve learned about stingrays… 1) They have their own agenda & 2) They’re freakin’ quick, so gettin’ a pic is difficult!

Here is a photo of the pier that is off the boardwalk of Ft. Walton Beach, directly on the ocean:

I decided to get a little artsy-fartsy here and took a neat photo of a broken sand dollar:

And I also took a photo of the building I’m staying in… My Condo is on the 2nd floor (the first floor you can fully see above the sand dune) and is the 4th balcony from the right, it has a bunch of white patio furniture, more than the rest of them:

Then… I decided to get to the Aviation museum I’ve been raving about. Here they had a B-52 & also a P-51 & P-47, two of the best WWII fighter planes our there!  These particular birds, from what I understand from the curator, are both not only in running condition, but flying condition as well. Very cool. I’ll place a few photo’s here, but really, there are so many I’ll also give you the link to my photo gallery.

Of Course… you can always go to my gallery and see everything I’ve taken to date. There’s a B-17 in there and a F-111 Aardvark… very cool!

Go Here!

Well, that’s it for me this day… I’m pooped. I’ve not had a nap and now my eye’s are starting to droop a little…

Tomorrow is going to be wonderful. I’ve bought a nice heavy zip up sweat shirt for my walk in case it decides not to warm up. (Today I was more than a little cold most of the day)

Catch you later, alligator!
